Methods for ensuring a safe learning environment include the creation of a runners list, adapted Code of Conduct, and health/medical alerts. A photo card system is used for morning and afternoon bussing. All bussing cards have the respective student's name and picture attached for efficient identification of students. This has helped the bussing periods run safer for the school.

Additionally, a monthly safety newsletter is published and shared with the staff and school community which provides important updates and friendly reminders about maintaining a safe learning environment.
