About the Site

At P721K, we provide educational needs for students who are hospitalized. Our teachers help students develop and progress in their educational goals.

• Individualized goals to support students with academic gains.
• Our teachers will provide your child with curriculum and instructional materials aligned to their individual goals and school-wide curricula.

When students show progress, members of the CSE team meet to explore the options of a less restrictive environment. As students overcome obstacles that hindered them from learning and participating in alternative programs; they move to the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). Families are empowered on this journey with their children and are considered the key stakeholders in making these transitions for our students. Their support and collaboration are the true reasons why our students are prepared and ready for their next steps towards independence in grade level goals.
